  with Partial Travel Reimbursement
  (Hotel with Travel Reimbursement of $500)
• Achieve 4K or higher for 3 out of the 4 months of Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb
• Monthly Min PPA QV of 500 for 3 of the 4 months
• Total Cumulative PPA of 4,000 over the entire 4 months

• Lifestyle Getaway for Two
  with Travel Reimbursement
  (Hotel with Travel Reimbursement of $1,000)
• Achieve 4K or higher for 3 out of the 4 months of Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb
• Monthly Min PPA QV of 500 for 3 of the 4 months
• Total Cumulative PPA of 5,000 over the entire 4 months
